Planting Blocks

Named groupings for plantings that were established together in the same area and season — for example, “Elderberry Patch 2026” covering 150 bare-root canes of three varieties. Plantings opt-in to a block by setting blockId on their profile. Archiving a block is non-destructive: existing plantings retain their block reference.
